Changing Diet? 3D Printing Our Food May be More Sustainable

With 10kg’s of animal feed you can obtain 1Kg of beef or 9 Kg’s of insect meet. Insects can feed the world. Forecasts challenge us to change our consumption behaviour. People of the western world are scared off by the crustacean’s appearance. The “Bugs Bunny” is a morally and ecologically justifiable counter-concept which gives insect meat a new form.
