De Poerderij is a project by Femke Mosch about cooking in a different way. She uses for her recipe only poudre, poudre of eggs, milk, flour, salt etc. The only liquid ingredient that she uses is water. She decided to cook in this way because it is more healty and food is precerved for more time compared to normal cooked food. In Ventura Lambrate.
